Rent depends on which lot you have. No utilities are included, but you have access to the pool, clubhouse, etc. as well as any of the numerous clubs and activities.

My mom lives there, her lot rent is $543.00, nothing is included. They do have a clubhouse in a community pool and they do have a lot of activities but as far as anything else being included there's nothing. All you get for your money is the privilege of put in your home on a lot. All landscaping is your responsibility, as is water, electricity, cable TV etc.
That lot rent covers the exceptional amenities, such as year-round heated pool, outdoor kitchen for fun and entertaining (not just a grill-an outdoor kitchen), multiple horseshoes pits, almost daily there are a variety of recreational or fitness events, from senior designed classes, art classes, billiards and monthly karaoke
Lot rent 525.00. Nothing is included .You can not use lot rent on taxes. You buy the home & thats all. But its a very nice park. Smaller pool ,clean and well kept up. All the parks are the same,as faras taxes go. Good luck.
