There are several ponds, but I wouldn't fish in them. Fish in small ponds tend to be infested by worms. Plus, Florida = alligators. I've never seen one there, but still...

Yes in the back of the park they have an area for motorhomes , trailers etc not sure what the monthly fee is

Rent depends on which lot you have. No utilities are included, but you have access to the pool, clubhouse, etc. as well as any of the numerous clubs and activities.

Lot rent is almost 600.00 a month. U pay for electric water. also. Its for snow birds. If you are thinking of moving there look around &under bind on a place.
