614 is what I pay. No deposit. There are definitely people here on a limited income but I don't know how that works I think it seems to be they want income to be three times the amount of what the lot rent is.

It depends on what the previous occupant was paying at the time you rent or purchase. Every owner has the option of paying the next year's increase in advance so that your lot rent stays the same for the next year as it was for the previous year. Otherwise it goes up about 15 to $20 per month every year. So the answer is you need to know what the unit you're interested in is currently paying and that will answer your question I can tell you what I'm paying but that may not be necessarily what someone else is paying.
