Probably one of the best buildings you can live in if you’re looking for condo life in Daytona. Great amenities and location. Downside: You’re close to the ghetto (Holly Hill). Managment is not the best and board runs the place like a retirement community. Carts are locked up and need to be signed in and out. No assistance or doorman. Frugally run. Been here 6mo and was considering buying but I think with the way this place is run it’s not worth it given it’s an aging building. Would stay here again otherwise. Views are gorgeous and most of the time so is the weather.

I hosted a baby shower in their event space which was beautiful however The concierge lady Cindy is extremely rude and difficult to work with. She was nasty to multiple people attending the shower. I would never recommend anyone living here if you have to deal with her on a daily basis!

I came in here to do a job for a customer. The 4 times we came it was always a problem. The management was extremely condescending and rude. Sure the place looks nice, but it doesn’t justify the way they treated me with such disrespect. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
