I see a few who fish to the far left of the Boat launch/ramp on a very little beachy spot close to the Fish cleaning sink/bench. I don't think that fishing on the actual boat ramp is allowed due to the heavy boat traffic. Plus, if your line gets tangled up in someone's motor, you'd piss off a few boaters launching or loading up. I'd suggest not fishing there.
