Is there any boat ramps in frederick county to take a small moterized fishing boat that is deep enough?

Devil is bridge has no ramp however Creagerstown park has a ramp you can launch small powerboats from but the river depth makes motors a little iffy.

Can you take a fishing boat with a moter? Is the river to shallow?

There is no ramp anything bigger then a kayak would be difficult have to drag or carry up and down bank. Mouth of monocacy is a better spot for a boat
