YIKES. As a caregiver just sitting in the waiting room was enough for me to see the lack of professionalism for the front desk. It was astounding. Front staff needs a redirect and a course on just being decent human beings and remembering this is a JOB. A job that requires you to handle issues and problems with decency. If a person doesn’t want to wear a mask and goes outside instead you don’t go out and yell at them and demand who there husband is. This isn’t a bar. This isn’t a tv reality show. This is a doctors office. Front desk reflects so much. Hope someone who cares and has some authority reads this and cares a bit to fix it. Also side note. So my patient only needed a referral and was at the office a week prior and they made her come back in again and it was such a long visit. It’s ridiculous that to get a referral it took that long. And the fact that she had to be seen again after just being seen. But the medical field is a business first right?
