Overly crowded, if they had 10 boat ramps, they'd all be full every weekend/holiday, DNR Police dock right across the river, so be prepared to be stopped & have your 4th. Ammendment right stripped before your eyes blink, overly aggressive presence, a real turn off, parking lot is too small, needs a Walmart sized parking lot..

Great ramp for small boats. Water is a bit shallow at low tide.

There are no COVID hours. It's open.
If you're speaking of the boat ramp at the Benedict bridge, no there is no fee. Just make sure all your tags title and other licenses are up to date you should have no problem
