I wish I could give zero stars. I am...was...a current patient until I tried to schedule a follow up appointment that I missed during the pandemic and was told that I had to come in to be evaluated before blood work could be done...essentially starting all over. I shared that I thought this was a waste of time, but I made the appointment anyway. Two minutes later, I received a phone call back that the doctor said I should find another endocrinologist. Apparently her time is more valuable than mine. Bye bye! Not sure what you meant in your reply when you say don't blame the pandemic, but my comment regarding the waste of time referred to scheduling an appointment to see the doctor, only to be told that the imaging and blood work would be needed, thus necessitating another appointment. But, I agreed to do it, I just simply voiced my opinion - "this is a waste of time". For you to call me back to "fire" me is petty and unprofessional. I think you've forgotten that you are a service provider and I am your customer. Your bedside manner is horrid, I will happily find another endocrinologist and will share with whomever will listen that they should not visit your practice.

My daughter had her first appt scheduled with them today as she is no longer considered pediatric patient.. they had the audacity to cancel her appointment because my daughter did not confirm. What the hell?? her previous doctor sent over the file, she goes to school and works sorry she didn't call but HOW DARE YOU!! Isnt there a fee if appointments are missed?? SHE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MISS IT YOU JUST CANCELLED ON HER!! HOW DARE YOU!!!

1 star at best. She is not attentive and responsive to patient needs, symptoms and ensuring they feel better and not just a number a lab test. As a 9 year post thyroidectomy patient, I am fully aware of where my numbers should be for MY OPTIMAL health and feeling and that isn't within the standard range.

Dr. Thomas has always provided treatment that was directed both toward my lab values AND my symptoms. Before she even brings up my lab values, she asks how I’m feeling. I have always felt heard and cared for in her office. She is the best provider I’ve seen in my 7 years of requiring endo care.
