When you're selling, after you sign your stuff in (you will need your ID) they go through it and decide what they want to make an offer on and give you rest back after you accept the offer. If you don't accept the offer, they give you everything back. When you're buying, you just browse through the store to see if there's anything you would like to purchase then take it to the register. The store is set up with clothes by age and gender, shoes by size and everything else categorized by what it is (toys, strollers, etc.). They do not accept personally used items such as baby bottles, panties or underwear, or furniture but they do have books and DVDs.
Buying or selling? We have bought many way underpriced items....we got a basically brand new toddler snowsuit for $10 while worth $80 on the market. Absolutely nothing wrong with it.
