I was in a catch-22 position between the product's headquarters and this store when dealing with a product I bought from here. I eventually visited the manager and he was able to help make it work out in a win-win for the store and for myself as the customer. Beforehand, I dealt with three other employees, each having done a great job assisting me throughout until I reached the manager. Professional guys all the way through!
