Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I had a prescription called here for the first time and it will certainly be the last. I spoke to the staff pharmacist Brenda and she was condescending, unhelpful, and yelled details of my prescription and costs from the back of the pharmacy over 10 feet away. There was another customer and a pharmacist nearby who could hear the whole conversation. This is in violation of HIPAA privacy laws which she must have been aware of. I ended up paying full price for my prescription because it was easier and faster than dealing with her and I didn't want to have this conversation with so many people listening. After I got home I spoke to a friend about the experience and they said that she had done the same thing to them. I can only hope the pharmacy manager reads this and speaks to her about following proper pharmacy procedures and keeping patient information private.
