Quality of merchandise has decreased. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Just inquired about why they didn't buy some of our items and she said "CAUSE WE DIDN'T WANT THEM." Never again....

Terrible experience. I have been here many times over the years with 3 kids, spending several hundreds of dollars over the years, and this last time will be my last. The staff, especially the "manager," is so rude and condescending to customers, it's awful. I stood at the front with items to purchase for 10 minutes waiting to be waited on, only for an employee to tell me I had been standing in the wrong spot the whole time (me and several others with no line indications or instructions from employees) and that I'd have to go back and stand in yet another line. I told them I'd rather leave and they didn't care and acted all snotty. Like I was in the wrong. So rude. If you had employees with an ounce of paying attention or signage even this wouldn't happen. I will not be returning. Stay away.

I bought a stroller here back at the end of June to use for the summer. It was used twice and both times for less than an hour each time. When I went to return/resale it back I was told that they couldn't take it back because it was stained. I personally did not see any stains but if there were any present they were there when it was sold to me. I was so flabbergasted that I left the stroller there and walked out of the store. There is no doubt in my mind that if I go in this weekend that same stroller will have another tag on it to be sold.
