Calling Wo Hop might help.

Wo Hop calls it Chicken Almond Ding and it's delicious.

If they have all the ingredients, they'll make it.

You would have to call the establishment.

I see it called a Cantonese dish, though it's totally a Chinese-American invention. It's mainly found in Michigan and (oddly) Columbus, Ohio, but I'm hoping some little gem in NYC has it

Where does this War Su Gai dish come from? Is it Shanghainese, Hong Kong, etc. ?
