I'm looking for ANY restaurant in NYC that serves War Su Gai - also called Almond Boneless Chicken* - does anyone know if this is place does? *this isn't the same dish as almond chicken - ABC is fried chicken breast covered in a yellowish gravy

I see it called a Cantonese dish, though it's totally a Chinese-American invention. It's mainly found in Michigan and (oddly) Columbus, Ohio, but I'm hoping some little gem in NYC has it

Where does this War Su Gai dish come from? Is it Shanghainese, Hong Kong, etc. ?
