Literally right next door and down the steps, but the restaurant on the ground floor will be able to direct you as others have stated. Also I highly recommend the fried dumplings (even if they are probably bad for you) I swear they are the best I have ever had, and I have had quite a lot of them, they are one of my favorites.
If you release the cap lock you will find the downstairs Wo Hop in the basement. Visit the area; it's fun.
