Absolutely horrible. Worst food I’ve ever been served at any restaurant. It wasn’t edible. Food came out in less than 3 minutes, so definitely nowhere near fresh. Disgusting.

Literally right next door and down the steps, but the restaurant on the ground floor will be able to direct you as others have stated. Also I highly recommend the fried dumplings (even if they are probably bad for you) I swear they are the best I have ever had, and I have had quite a lot of them, they are one of my favorites.
It's still open only until 9:00 pm. They're still a little worried about going home late because of the current climate with Asians and reports of violence.
