What are the hours? Is it open 24 hrs? Dusk to dawn?

To the best of my knowledge it is dusk to dawn.

I have been there before sunrise and after sunset and never had a problem.it is great at night.all lit up.

Eh I've gone out there at 10 PM. I honestly don't believe that they close it up. And if they do you can still see it from the parking area.

I imagine dusk to dawn. You wouldn't be able to see much after dark.
