Is there any information on the lots for sale?
The maintenance fee is $100.00 a month. There are a couple for sale.
No website that i know of. Yes there is a few for sale right now. No lot rent, you own the land. But there is a maintenance fee of $280 every 3 months for water, lawn service ect.
