I've had issues being here for only a month I bought a trailer for $12,000 and it ended up being not anything that said to be after all that turmoil and emotional damage that was caused by me getting ripped off I also had the park owner one of the brothers come and speak to me and tell me that I had to not only vacate the premises but take my trailer with me which my trailer is a 1970 trailer for is not able to be mo ed and I also invested every penny I have in this place too and the reasoning for him taking me out was my dog and my dog is a service animal so john does not have authority to kickout my dog not only that he's smaller than a cat so I don't see the issue with that then I filled out the application everything was good all the sudden boom now he's telling me I can't live here cuz I'm a felon nowhere in those applications which are not application for a trailer park let me remind you those are applications for sober living community there's nothing that states no felonso I've been dealing with losing my place altogether he has no compassion for people at all is very rude he never even spoke to me nor does he allow me to do anything with my trailer to fix it up this place is disgusting and it needs to be changed in the people that live here need to change your trailers also how can you do any of this when his exact words for I just want you out I don't care about your money nor do I care about you fixing your trailer up that stuff doesn't matter to me but what does matter to this man then if that's not what this community should be doing then what does he want this me to be doing everything I've done has the sense of right back in my face so what am I to do lose everything I don't think that that is right where is the compassion where is the embassy where is the community here there is no community that is the biggest issue this park has nobody does anything for each other everybody keeps to themselves and that's if you could even see in their trailer because there are Vines and mold and everything all over the trailers around here I would even want to walk down to my mailbox because of the smell and the stent and a bacteria ridden are that's around this place oh and let me forget that. Forget the cat the 15 million cats that are fed by the neighbor around here that are feral and probably have 10 diseases in each one of them I'm scared even let my dog go to the bathroom let alone go outside I'm sure there's 10 million other things I can name I just won't take up the whole page the talking about it really just bothers me so this is my review and I hope that I will have reviews in the future because I am not going to leave a place that I just paid $12,000 for that I would like to make a beautiful home just like one of the men in this review Line said this is his castle will this is my castle and it's my only Castle because I put every penny I had into this salted trailer with no it is not a park owners fault it is a people that sold it to me that's a whole nother subject in itself but it's just me and my dog Sheldon we would like to just live a non bothered life in fixer trailer up to make it our castle and cysts be happy and how can I do that when every day it's something with these men and their park that's not even a park if you ask me so what is there left to do if I don't have a heart attack then I might be able to figure this one out and honestly I would have not even gave this place a review at all known of those stars are deserving to this park but I don't think that's able to be put at it like that so if I have to I will give it one star but just let me rephrase that. It's no stars whatsoever
