Stayed here in 208 loved it. Great condo perfect location away from the big crowd at daytona beach but still close enough to enjoy all daytona has to offer. The owner is the best and easy to work with would stay here again any day.

I was here for a week in August, meeting up with 2 college pals for a reunion. It was a perfect choice. The condo was clean and met all our needs. The pool was lovely and placed in the horseshoe of the condos. My complaints surround the laundry room (yucky, I wouldn't do my wash there) and the somewhat outdated elevator. Planning to go back next year!

PRETTIEST CONDO EVER!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!! Me and my family go here every summer and everything is BEAUTIFUL, the beach, the condo, the pool, etc. The place is definitely a bit pricy but it is complete worth it. If you have a pretty big amount of money saved up for vacation than get a more expensive room inside the indies house because they are absolutely amazing.

I think there are 4 units per floor. Its a 40 unit condo.
