We are practicing social distancing, have a no hand shake policy, wear masks, have hand sanitizer throughout the dealership and have the dealership professionally cleaned every night. We also offer remote delivery and pick up for customers that aren’t comfortable coming in to the dealership.
Audi Exchange followed all of the basic rules like social distancing, wearing masks, etc. I also had visited service shop recently too. There are flexiglass between service rep and customer. I also noticed every service desk has two pen holders for new/sanitized pens and the other one for pens used by customers. There are touch-free sanitizers by every door. Overall, I felt comfortable being at Audi Exchange, both in the show room and service shop.
