The Nursing Home does not know how to properly take care of Hospice people in their facility. I was accused of wanting them to assist in suicide of my mother because i wanted her to be medicated properly so she would be comfortable and not be in pain! They would ignore patients buzzing for help and looking at their phones instead. My dog got better care when she was in intensive care for 4 nights at an emergency vet center! Helene Kanter

Can't get help when you need it there is cockroaches crawling on my water on my side table ..the beds are outdated and very uncomfortable ..the state needs to visit and send a agent that's not getting paid off

I am Currently a Resident I absolutely Love Warren Barr of North Shore but The Kitchen needs improvement they seem to have a majority of the time can follow the menu one day it’s missing something and the next day is there I’m not too sure what’s going on But other than that Warren Barr is Wonderful.

Warren Barr North Shore is a wonderful facility, I would recommend them to anyone! They have the best physical therapy! Katie from Guest Services has been great, I give her 5 stars! Nursing, CNA's and the kitchen have taken care of all of my needs. If I ever need services again, Warren Barr North Shore is the place for me! They're my Super heroes!
