I had fun sitting in various bathtubs as she explained the pros and cons of each style. She prepared a thorough estimate and even remembered to remind me about the small things that I would never have thought of like a toilet seat!! After Ferguson’s closed the showroom, Christin contacted me by email and we set up a time to chat on the phone. She prepared an initial quote for some appliances based on my specifications.
