My salesperson was very helpful. As a female purchasing a car, I appreciate that he spoke to me directly. In previous car buying situations, I've often felt ignored, while the salesperson spoke only to my husband about the car. That was not at all the situation at Audi Exchange. Also, it didn't take nearly as long as previous car buying experiences. Overall, very pleased. Plus, the car is fantastic.

We are practicing social distancing, have a no hand shake policy, wear masks, have hand sanitizer throughout the dealership and have the dealership professionally cleaned every night. We also offer remote delivery and pick up for customers that aren’t comfortable coming in to the dealership.
Angela, on Saturday our service department hours at 7am - 4pm and our sales department is open from 9am - 5pm. We are closed on Sunday. Hope to see you soon!
Sabas, unfortunately it is not possible to install a remote start on any Audi without voiding the warranty.
Yes Audi Exchange customers can always get a free car wash (unless we have subzero temperatures). Plus, now we have an automated car wash for an even faster experience! You can also get a free wash during a service visit even if you didn't buy your vehicle here.
Frank, yes that is true, and we are very excited about our all-new facility! We will have an automated car wash, which will result in much shorter wait times for our loyal customers like you! We will also still have the ability to perform hand washes. Our current car wash will be closed due to construction until the Fall. We don't have an exact date yet for the re-opening, but as soon as we know we will be sending out an email blast to all of our customers with that information.
