Hi, there is no charge but because we are so limited on space (and full today) we do have an intake process. You can get them scanned for a chip at any emergency clinic or vet, or PetSmart (with Banfield vets). Our process requires submitting an intake request (we only have 16 kennels and all are full today) and if we cannot help, we offer a lot of resources. You could take them to County - odds are if someone is looking for them they will go there. There are lots of other rescue groups also - many people want to get dogs into private rescues because they are afraid of County, but private rescues are all limited in space. If they are nice dogs the odds are good someone is looking for them or they will be adopted from County (or transported out of state - they are transporting a lot of dogs out of state). Our website is www.azfriends.org and you can look for our Intake tab, but if you can't hold onto them that might not be an option. Thank you for trying to save them.
No if they have the room
They can help check for a microchip, as can Petsmart
