Did you try to buy from them off the website? If so when you go to buy tickets the information of what type of ticket that you are buying will be in the description of that ticket. Whether it be group or single admission
Does it say "group fast pass"? Because otherwise I would assume it works the same way fast passes work at every other theme park, event, festival, or fair to have ever existed.
