Yes, I saw some families who brought their little kids too. It wont be as scary as you expect. However if your kid cries a lot, I would NOT recommend.
Yes. It is a bit scarey when people just jump out at you, so if your little one is "brave" enough. It would be fine. I feel my 2 year old would of laughed at it.
