Deb, the Balboa Garden includes hybrid teas, floribundas, miniature shrubs and old roses. We carry all except the old roses. Absolutely. In addition to the roses that are out on the Northeast perimeter of the property, they have a whole bunch right down the middle of the covered walkway between all the buildings. And they are just lovely.
