Sad to say this business has absolutely terrible customer service. As a business owner myself I couldn't even be more disappointed at the way the employee I dealt with handled the situation. All I wanted to do was exchange a faulty product I was informed i had to wait for the manager to return at 1pm when I arrived at 1 thr manager hadn't returned and the employee refused to call and just ask a simple question he didn't know the answer too! Part of running a sucessful business is knowing when to bend the rules to make a customer happy. If i ran this business i would fire this employee for being ignorant and train future employees better. Unfortunately now I'll spread the word to take your business elsewhere and won't ever return here.

We paid extra to have a staff member pot 2 large plants for us. It was $50. They did it on the side, not through the nursery. We supplied the dirt, pots and plants. $50 to them for the labor.
