I would like to give a big shout out to Kimberly, an employee at moon Valley on Tatum. She left a message yesterday to let me know my flowers were in and that she would put them on hold for me. I called her today to confirm that they were still available since I live 40 minutes away. She called me right back on HER DAY OFF to give the name of the person who was holding them for me! Thank you Kimberly! I hope she's recognized for this!

We have had two great purchasing experiences with Rich Chavez at the Tatum location. Cleared his calendar for us to come in and cut to the chase. We got the deal we wanted and didn't get upsold on extras. Guy knows his flora.

Always have had a great experience when visiting this Moon Valley location. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, regardless of what you’re looking for. Brandon has helped us for the past several months with our front and back yard. He designed our front yard landscape according to our HOA guidelines and had it done within a week. Super nice guy and knows a ton of great information to make sure you know how to take care of your plants and trees. He made this process much less stressful! Speaking of trees, the trees here are amazing! We love our Palo Verdes, especially since we do not have to wait years for them to grow. We were able to pick our plants and trees in advance and had them delivered and planted this morning. The Moon Valley crew did a perfect job with install. The tree stakes are heavy duty and not flimsy like others we’ve seen and they were planted straight and in the exact positions we wanted. Everything was done quickly and they did not leave the place a mess like other contractors do in our neighborhood. All in all, we love our plants here and will be going back for future additions, as well as future tree maintenance! ~ Eric & Austin
