They do frame paintings at the Riverview location and they always have a lot of coupons for 60% off. If for some reason you can't find one (or don't have the time or desire to look) buy something small and you'll probably get a coupon with your receipt.
Not to my knowledge, id go to Michael's for that, i habe a friend who works in the framing dept at Michael's and he both matts and frames there
