New donor process alone took an hour and a half just for information gathering (once you finish the video and get put in the system). They'll walk you to the front of the donating line afterwards and that process usually takes about another hour.
Most center usually take donors up until they close. Different centers close at different times as well. The two in tempe close at 7 (weekends) to 8 (weekdays).
