Unable to get through over the phone all day, even left a voice message and still haven't received a call back as to why my donor api has failed. Have been unable to make an appointment for the past two days because of this

They don’t answer the phone.so because I care for people I will post this for all to see. I don’t mind driving I get here 25 minutes she tells me it’s appointments based I said what? I’m a new donor she still says it’s all appointments I said so you mean to tell me I drive 30 minutes out of my way as a new donor because they never answer I kid you not scroll through your the years you’ll see what I mean for nothing. She said yeah sorry the lady beside her maybe a manager said what’s going on? I explain again she comes up with this half fed apology saying we’re short staffed on reception which again read the reviews this has been going on for to long and it’s at all their locations. I hope to have Better luck somewhere else these guys are horrible.

Friendly staff and service moves quickly. The longest part is of course actually the donation . The check in process is pretty quick. Clean facilities and they sanitize everything and after each person.
REAL Retail Co.
Without a doubt, Noli at the Tempe location made this process seemless, she was patient and knowledgeable and awesome at communicating. I've given blood my entire adult life but never Plasma. I first saw their ad campaign on Instagram (didn't quite work) so I had to call instead. I've never called other locations or companies but thus far, these guys are legitimate. #GoNoli Sue the nurse is the best nurse. Carson and Austin great management team. Let's add Crystal to the A team list! Manager Jacklyn was also great Keeley is always awesome! Let's add Nae to the list of superstars! AWESOME Jessica is the real deal! Shawny is very straightforward and good at what she does, and wears Vans socks! Very Cool!

You can donate twice every 7 days, but need at least one day in between your two donations. The easiest thing to do is pick two days and donate those same two days each week (every Tuesday and Thursday for example). Please feel free to contact your local center for further information.

Yes but you might have to go to the website to get the new donor coupon.
One week.
It's going to vary. I believe they currently have a promotion that is $800 for the first 8 donations. But the first is $90 I think. You can definitely check their website or call to ask them though
I don't know the answer to this question but if it's stated in their instructions I assume you need one.
Probably not but sign up for the physical and ask then!
$20 for the 1st donation of the week. $50 for the 2nd donation of the week.
I received $1100 for the first month. I think they are offering $900 right now.

Yes
After 1st donaton it takes about an hour. First appointment can take a few hours your best bet is to dowload the app or go on line to make an apt (or you can even call) from there you will get info on what you should do. But yes you should eat before coming to donate also plenty of water over a 24s.
Through experience, I believe that it is just a transfer. &yes, you go through a physical and need to bring 2 forms of government I.D.
I’m not sure about “just like Glendale,” but there is a room for the children to be while the parent/guardian donates 👍🏽
Yes, you may switch as long as you will no longer be donating at CSL. You will alos need to go through the new donor process again.
