New management and staff leave a lot to be desired. The gentlemen that answers the phone and the one that handles accounting do not seem to understand what customer service is. Can’t get a call back ever and when you do get someone it’s like you’re putting them out to deal with you. Sad because I enjoyed my previous visits/encounters with other staff members.

The office is very clean and has natural light. The doctors are very well-experienced and explore various options for a patient and see what suits best to the patient.
