How do you get a housing organization to call you, a mean waiting years and chronic homelessness , it's just so sad to have your name on it aken off, then placed again with no way of getting an idea how much longer the wait .

Hello I will agree with the last person's comment it's better to just go down there because calling and waiting for a call back is just ridiculous you will be waiting a long time for a call back, most of the time the best thing to do is just talk to someone in person. if you want to know about waiting list or anything else I would advise you to go down to the office in person and speak with someone

Usually you can check your waitlist status by calling their phone number (602) 744-4500 and following the automated voice system. Although getting a call back from anybody down there (or even getting a person to answer the phone) is a huge hassle! You're better off showing up at the office in person to get your questions answered.
