I am on disability ,my age is 62,am in desperate need of some kind of housing voucher and or one for 30% of my income in order to have a place to call home out of this deadly heat of lately we have been having. Any and all help is appreiciated.

I'm sorry I wish I could help been here since May I have a voucher and can't find anyone who takes them. I'm homeless with two little boys voucher expires in a month. SMH will keep you in my prayers as well

You go to senior assisted living facility some also have independent living you pay through your SS union hills and I 17 has openings I think it's Brookdale or something just look for hud low income housing.gov they have lots of apartment it takes like a year you will pay 200 a month out of ss or ssi

For the lady who is 62: Centennial Village is one of 3 complexes I know of that you have to be at least 62. There may be a waiting list.
