No transportation to parks! When I asked at the reception,they said there was never transportation.

Yes. Hotel offers courtesy transportation to the parks. Disney at aprox. 14 miles. Universal at 15 minutes walking distante or 3 minutes by car. This hotel is always my first choice im Orlando area.
I don't know if they provide transportation. In general, all hotels offer this service. I only stayed one night. Universal is about a 10 minute drive away. And Disney over there 25 minutes by car.
Universal is 5min Disney 20 or 25 min And they do not have transportation
