Next to heavy traffic and construction. Better options available in the area. Check with the locals first then decide
The Floridian Club of Sarasota is centrally located to everything. Across the street with have Jacaranda Commons. Publix, UPS, dining, CVS and other conveniences. ½ mile away is I75, that quickly lands you at one of the newest upscale malls in the country, University Town Center Mall. From Saks Fifth Avenue, to Capital Grille to 100 other well known stores. 4 miles west is our historic downtown area with boutique shops, outdoor dining and situated along the Tamiami Trail, which takes you from Tampa to Miami. It has been said that if you can’t find it on the Tamiami it doesn’t exist. Go two miles further, you are at the most beautiful, pristine Gulf Beaches. We have two new hospitals coming soon; one is 1 mile away and the other 4 miles away. Sarasota County is known for its culture and the arts too. There are festivals, live theater, community events and because we have 255 sunny days a year, there is always something going on. So Gail, I guess you can say, we have it all.
