Spent a year there. Just know and understand your lease. After a year they raised my rent over $1,000 per month from $1497 to over $2500 a month. It’s a beautiful property but a lot of people causing a lot of issues. It’s a place where people talk about each other it makes it very uncomfortable to live there. The place itself is beautiful but a year there was enough for me and I’m glad I’m gone. Never mind they’re raising my rent $1000 more per month on my lease. Making it unaffordable and a crazy rent increase. There was a resident only board that was recently taken down due to residents negative posts about each other. Don’t let the Caribbean music you hear at first make you think this is a great place!!! You can only hear it when you tour the property. Now that the property is full it hardly ever plays anyway. Entire office personnel has been turned over. Wonder why???

Their site is missleading and office rude and antagonistic! Cur prices 10% higher than site which says all flr plans "avail soon" yet only 3 are left. Says open Sat - 2 Sat calls not returned nor 2 to Director Denise ianuzi. Office: Arlene/Irene? and Kelly tell you "property isn't right fr you" in a rude manner if you bring up anything negative! Good luck living w this mgt as a resident! They cld not even tell you how to get into their complex correctly!

I was doing some consulting work at The Floridian Club and was lucky enough to get a tour of the property. As you enter you are greeted by calypso music and a wonderful view of the pool area. This Club includes many amenities, a varied activity calendar and is supported by an incredible staff. It was my pleasure working with the manager and hope to do so again (and not just for the free coffee!).

The property at The Floridian Club is beautifully managed and the staff provides the best customer service of any business in Sarasota. This apartment club is far and away the nicest place in the area for an adult over 55 to live. Kimberly, in the office, is pleasant and helpful and is one of the many assets of The Floridian Club.

They are not apartments, its a mix of bungalows and single story villa's and they are not furnished other than fridge and stoves. You furnish washer and dryers. HTH

Hi Louise! Jesus is right, we are brand new. We had our first move-ins early 2019 and we are just now finalizing construction on the property.
Next to heavy traffic and construction. Better options available in the area. Check with the locals first then decide
