Well this place is definitely not a chalet. A 4-star Resort yes. Chances are if you're going there you're going there to see the attractions and if you were ending like us even though we were there during the hurricane you're not going to be in your room very much the room is basically a very nice room to prepare your meals sleep and take a shower I had a nice 2 bedroom and had an amazing jacuzzi tub in it which I loved. The staff is wonderful and honestly if anybody has any concerns about this place then their just a snobs.
We were there last month, and the renovations were wrapping up. If they're not done in the next few weeks, then there will be very little left to do. Checking in was a dream, even when we got in so late. Every employee I interacted with was courteous and professional.
The room renovations are complete. Only the lobby is being worked on through December.
We had no problems and everyone was very accommodating
