We are staying there this November and plan on having Thanksgiving dinner there. Can we have groceries delivered to our room? We are trying to avoid getting a rental.

Absolutely

Many grocery stores nearby and many delivery options. You may need to buy a foil roasting pan as there wasn't a roaster in the unit. There were a couple of Pyrex Bakewell, good size fry pan and a few sauce pots, large glass serving bowl and I think service for 6 or 8, can't remember, but if you ask the resort, they can give you full details.
