Is a shuttle service available to Disney parks

Yes..but check with the front desk on times. Some of the evening fireworks shows are scheduled at park closing...so you may be in the parks after close and not all shuttles run after hours

I believe there is. As far as distance goes, Cypress is not too far from Disney. Maybe a 10 minute ride or so. If the choice was between Cypress Palms and Bonnet Creek, all things being equal, Bonnet Creek is far and away the better place. But Cypress Palms is nice, clean and quiet. Just way more to do at Bonnet Creek. And a sneeze away from the parks.

Im not sure but i know the one at bonnet creek has shuttle service and its alot closer to all Disney parks .......
