Do not declaw your cats. This is so cruel. It causes them excruciating pain and many get infections. If they ever get out of the house they are left defenseless without claws. Ask yourself what is more important, your cat's well being or your furniture.

You can buy caps online to cover the claws. They fall off after a few weeks and they dont cost much and painless. However, for me they were kinda hard to put on. So only ever tried it once when they were kittens and never did it again.

I concur if you can please don't declaw your cat.

I agree with Tia. Of course in the sake of fair information this should be a good place to go, the staff has always been great for me. But, it really isn't the right choice to declaw. It's actually becoming illegal some places due to the harm.

Actually your no longer allowed to declaw because of that no vet will do it
