Do they do a payment plan? They told me my dog needs half her paw amputated due to a giant tumor which will cost between 150-200 and we can't pay all at once.

They allow payments for medications and sometimes the will waive emergency surgery. You are much better off with care credit or saving for it. Overall I would call and schedule the appointment to have them see and evaulate what they can do then go from there they are very nice people.

No they don't, but you can apply for carecredit and use that to pay the cost, is what I used for my star when she got hurt.
