He has had all his shorts. I thought parvo ess when they didn't have shorts
If you can't get the dog to the vet get a dropper and give the dog a dropper of water every half hour to an hour to keep them hydrated until you can get them to the vet.
Might be Parvo, better get the dog to Vet, right away, or he might not make it. They will base the visit on your income

Sounds like he has parvo...it kills quickly by dehydration...get him somewhere ASAP...
He would need to be seen at this point to be on fluids. There are things to do at home in the first 48 hours but it's been over that and it's terribly hot. You dont want him dehydrated.
