To get help with having outdoor cats fixed look up a group in your area that does TNR. Or rent a trap from the animal shelter and go on www.alleycatallies.org to learn how to do it yourself. Relocating feral or community cats that cannot be rehomed is a LAST CHOICE resort. It is incredibly hard to relocate them and has a low likelihood of success. It is much better to Trap them, Neuter(or spay) via a low cost or free program such as SPCA or others offer, and then Return them to the area - the foundation of TNR. This way their population stops expanding and eventually the colony will die out naturally if proper care is taken to get each new cat fixed. Unwanted cats which are unfriendly, unsocialable, and cannot be placed as a barn cat may be put down. This is unnecessary and unfortunate. Keep them outside where they like to live, but get them fixed!
What if your city doesn't have a shelter (Argyle).
I would rent a trap from Linda McNatt animal shelter and put cat food in it and catch each one of them at a time and take them to the animal shelter it will take you time to do it all if there are a lot of cats but once you get them all caught life would be easier with no fleas and ticks and better for the kitty cat's
You have to live in the city od denton for them to help you. If you do not you have to go to the city animal control in your town.
