Is this company good to join, are the trucks and trailers in good condition, do they treat the drivers ok?

They are not too bad depending on the DM you get. Some trucks are decent others are on their way out. Trailers are ok should be upgraded but serve the purpose at least for flatbed. Van's are upgraded every 5 - 7 yrs. As I said on the description it is what you make it here. It on how your attitude for things are.

This is not a long-term company to stay with still one year and leave find something better
