I have been trying to contact my case manager since October of last year. I have emailed her and left her voicemails, Then I check my mailbox for a recertification letter for a appt which was supposed to be yesterday at 3pm but I was at work.

I went through the whole process been applying for years. I finally was selected..went in for my apt turned everything in..then I was asked to send in info again..So I turnt in everything to the lady that was over my case..she then sent me a rejection letter stating I didnt turn in my information Im like I can only send in what I have..this was last year..I kept emailing and calling and no response...im like this is ridiculous..Im gone start a petition on dallas housing authority..Im still gone make a complaint on my case worker...its people that are in need of housing assistance and they just playing with ppl...

Does anyone have a number to the file a complaint.
