What they run is a skeletal service. Disregard their opening hours of 5-8pm. I called in at 5:28 pm for testing and they told me they are already closed.

Awful awful awful if I could give 0 stars I would I live over an hour away and called multiple times with no answer only to arrive and be turned away completely unprofessional it’s already an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation this place makes it no better DO NOT COME HERE there are other free options in Dallas

Hrs say 5pm-9pm online, but their sign taped on their front desk when u walk in says 5pm-8pm BUT the card they gave us says 430pm-8pm. However, the catch is … they only take the “first 50ppl” regardless of what their hrs say. So u could walk in at 530pm and they will turn u away. Good luck

The wait is a bit longer than I anticipated, but the process itself is super quick and painless. Definitely recommend getting there early before they open, since the lines do get long real fast.
