The psychiatrist acted like I lied about being robbed at gunpoint, refused to prescribe xanax because "they don't prescribe benzos." So they also treat everyone like a drug addiction looking for a fix who have very legitimate trauma, and she also lied about ambien being a benzo. Spoiler alert, it isn't. Meaning they have no clue what they're prescribing drug class is. She then proceeded to prescribe me a medication I took before that never worked.

Absolute junk science practiced here. Absolute 0 certified staff on hand.

I’ve been going to this place for years and they’ve always been terrible. They never call back to confirm appointments, the physician barely listens To you, and the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. There’s much better places than this one. I suggest going elsewhere.

This place has really helped me out over the past couple of years. I first visited this clinic Back in 2011 in the old building. I didn’t like it at first because I wasn’t aware that they could prescribe certain medications but over the past 11 years, I I became more open minded to alternate forms of medications to treat my anxiety and sleep problems. Medications they have me on now have really worked out for me. They even have case management services now that help Patients get transportation assistance to and from appointments plus housing assistance.

You will need proof of residency, income , and identification. If you live with someone else i believe there is a form they provide to be filled by the head of the house.i believe double check to be sure if you dont they will sometimes give you 7 days worth of medication. Im not sure.
As long as you have an appointment you will be waiting a while. I would suggest an early appointment.
I think they assign doctors but I call Medicaid's Logisticare free medical ride company for mine or my kids doctors appointments. This facility is open from 2 pm til 10pm. I request Star Transit transportation company they are the best. I don't like Real Time Transportation company. I took my daughter who has autism and ADHD to Southern because her normal behavior clinic is closed until January, they were nice enough to help.
Yes. But the prescription can be written and you take it to the store of your choice, or we can call it in. But you have to pay for the doctor's visit first.
4 for patients. 2 for administration.
